Giada De Laurentiis' Virgin POM Bellini

Last week on The Today Show, the entertaining author and star of Food Network's everyday italian, Giada De Laurentiis mixed up a killer Virgin  Pomegranate-Cranberry Bellini made with the finest ingredients --Authentic POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice!

The segment was shot during winter break on Miami's sandy slice of paradise -- South Beach. The enthusiastic South Beach crowd of The Today Show really got into this recipe -I'm just hoping the nearly 9 million people that tuned it dug it too! That's alot-a-Bellinis!

During the mixing and pouring, she confidently refers to POM as the "The good Stuff ...The 100% Stuff " Giada totally knows her juice! POM Wonderful is, as they said... 100%, All Natural and made from our very own, California grown "wonderful" variety pomegranates.

The Food Network is still "Full Of Flavor"

Last year on the Food Network Show Unwrapped, POM Wonderful was featured in a really great piece called Full of Flavor. Host Marc Summers chatted up our fruit, juice and the process in which its made -everyone loved it! We got a lot of great fan mail from that piece -thanks Food network!

With the 2008 launch of pomegranatetruth.com we're hearing more in depth questions about our company,  our sunny California orchards, harvesting our wonderful fruit and our incredibly healthy pomegranate juice and last but not least...our iconic POM Bottle.

Braised Short Ribs w/ Rachael Ray and...

...Pomegranate Arils! Sound yummy...it was! Monday on the Rachael Ray Show somewhere between chatting it up with proud mommy Jennifer Gardner and Gretta's underwear (It's not as weird as it sounds - you should've watched the show) one of our fav chef's, Rachael Ray -how'd ya' guess?, whipped up a wonderful recipe using pomegranate arils!

Sound's like my a normal day, at your house right!? If you make it,  you'll quickly realize her short rib recipe was anything but normal!  You can check out the whole recipe on her site, and while you there take a minute to click around, she has a lot of really great recipes!
