What's in your juice? And where has it been?

Do you know what's in your food or where it comes from?  

We'll be watching this to see if something can be done about all of the garbage being sold as the real thing...our own studies have shown that most of the "pomegranate" juice you buy isn't actually pomegranate or at least not the same pomegranates that have been proven medically beneficial.

"Not every brand is as honest as POM Wonderful. Three independent labs tested ten other brands claiming to have 100% pomegranate juice and found that nine out of ten so-called pomegranate juices had added sugar, colorants and other low-grade fruit juices." Link

I think this is definitely an area they need to get control of on labeling. It is so annoying to read the ingredients as something labeled boldly on the front as one thing and then to read the small print ingredients to find out only a small fraction of it is what they claim it to be!
